He has over twenty years of experience in Finance, human resources and quality management. Started his career at A F Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants in 1978. Moved to Squibb Pakistan Limited as Manger Accounts in 1984. Joined the Aga Khan University Hospital in the Finance Department in 1986. Worked in the Internal Audit Department from 1991till 1993. Became the Head of Training and Development Department in 1993 and continued till 1997. Joined KPMG Taseer Hadi Khalid & Co. as Head of Human Resources and Quality Management Consulting services including training, consulting and executive search. Since August 2000 he is the Chief Learning Officer of his own consulting company by the name of The Learning Organization. Also conducting ISO-9000 certification and surveillance audits on behalf of AIB VinCotte a Belgian firm. He has been course facilitator for over 500 training workshops on quality management, human resources and management skills conducted in Pakistan, UAE and USA
